Meet Dr. Damian Fronzaglia, DC — Champion of Natural Healing and Human Potential

Dr. Damian Fronzaglia, DC, brings more than 30 years of real-world experience in health, fitness, and human performance to his chiropractic practice in Coral Springs, Florida. A 1998 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic — the founding college of chiropractic — and a Biology/Pre-Med graduate from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Fronzaglia blends advanced training with deep, practical insight into how the body truly heals.
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Fronzaglia served as a physical training instructor in the U.S. Army, a chief fitness coach, and a physical therapy aide.
He proudly retired as a Major in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, where he honed his leadership and built an even deeper understanding of human resilience, strength, and recovery. His approach to care has always been rooted in movement, alignment, and the body’s ability to restore itself — without drugs or surgery.
Patients know him simply as “Dr. D.” — a warm, straight-talking healer who listens deeply and treats the whole person, not just the symptoms. His chiropractic care is holistic, proactive, and tailored to each individual, integrating therapeutic adjustments with lifestyle guidance that supports long-term wellness.
