Relieve the pain from Shoulder Pain

Shoulder Pain Relief in Coral Springs, FL — Naturally

Your shoulders are built for movement — lifting, reaching, turning, and carrying — but when pain sets in, even the simplest motion can feel like a struggle. At Champion Chiropractic, we understand how much shoulder discomfort can disrupt your daily life, from workouts and workdays to sleep and stress levels.

Shoulder pain can stem from a wide range of issues: overuse from repetitive motion, old sports injuries, auto accidents, poor posture, muscle tension in the neck and upper back, or misalignments in the spine. In many cases, underlying nerve irritation or joint dysfunction is the real culprit — and that’s exactly where chiropractic care comes in.

Dr. Damian Fronzaglia, DC (aka “Dr. D.”), brings a rare combination of clinical experience and real-world strength training expertise to every patient he sees. With decades of experience helping athletes and families alike, he’s able to pinpoint the root cause of shoulder pain and craft a treatment plan that focuses on restoring function — not just masking symptoms.

At Champion Chiropractic, shoulder pain care may include:

  • Targeted chiropractic adjustments to improve mobility and reduce nerve irritation
  • Soft tissue therapies to release tension and promote healing
  • Customized exercises and stretches to strengthen the shoulder and prevent flare-ups
  • Lifestyle recommendations to support long-term recovery

Many of our patients experience not only shoulder relief, but improvement in neck, upper back, and arm function as well — because everything’s connected. Our approach is drug-free, non-invasive, and focused on helping your body do what it’s designed to do: heal itself.

If you’re dealing with shoulder stiffness, limited range of motion, or sharp pain when lifting or reaching, don’t wait. Early care leads to better results and helps prevent long-term damage.

We proudly serve Coral Springs, Parkland, Tamarac, Margate, and Coconut Creek. Let Champion Chiropractic help you get back to living pain-free — naturally.

Common Questions about Shoulder Pain?

Can shoulder pain come from the neck or upper back?

Yes. Irritation involving the neck, upper-back joints, muscles or nerves can sometimes be felt around the shoulder or extend into the arm. However, conditions involving the shoulder itself can produce similar symptoms. An evaluation can compare neck movement, shoulder movement, strength, sensation and areas of tenderness to help determine the likely source and whether conservative care or medical referral is appropriate.

Chiropractic care may help with some types of shoulder pain related to joint mobility, muscle tension, posture or movement patterns. At Champion Chiropractic in Coral Springs, Dr. Damian Fronzaglia evaluates the shoulder, neck and upper back before recommending care. Depending on the findings, care may include manual treatment, soft-tissue techniques, mobility exercises and home recommendations. A medical referral may be advised when another condition is suspected.

Shoulder pain with lifting or reaching overhead may be associated with overuse, rotator-cuff irritation, bursitis, joint problems or an injury. Nighttime pain, weakness and limited motion can also occur with rotator-cuff problems. Because several conditions can produce similar symptoms, an examination is important before choosing treatment—especially when the pain follows an injury, persists or limits normal use of the arm.

Seek prompt medical care after a severe injury, visible deformity, significant swelling, inability to move the arm, or new numbness or weakness. Call 911 for sudden shoulder pain accompanied by chest pressure, shortness of breath, dizziness or sweating. For non-emergency pain that persists, worsens, interrupts sleep or limits work, exercise or daily activities, schedule an evaluation to determine the appropriate next step.
